Generation protocol

4:5 portrait Bureau Field Reading, an analogue meteorological instrument print mounted on aged scientific paper, not a painting and not a landscape. Two hard-edged horizontal colour zones dominate: a thin pale upper band for 7% clear-sky cloud cover, and a broad soft grey-green lower field warmed by 18.1 C. Almost invisible graph-paper grid beneath the colour, slight horizontal squeegee drag, sparse dry grain leaning southeast with 7.0 km/h wind from 305 degrees. One crisp full-width bright amber #fbbf24 datum line sits in the upper-middle register for 1022.2 hPa pressure. Bright amber ATMOSPHAERE label upper left with a thin pointer line; near-black lower-left data panel with amber monospace text: 18.1 C / 84% / 1022.2 hPa / 7.0 km/h 305 deg / clear sky. Amber circular BRAINHUGGERS BUREAU seal lower right, corner registration crosses, near-black border frame. No figures, no skyline, no photography, no decorative neon. Output in exactly 1122 x 1402 px, 4:5 portrait ratio.
